This pattern therefore means extra much to me. Later, the slippers have proven to be very practical: Due to the i-cord edge that hides a thin elastic, they stay on despite countless baby kicks and external stresses. The wide opening fits well for chubby baby thighs and goes over pants without problems, plus they are very easy to put on. The wool yarn keeps the child warm even on the coldest winter days. This is the perfect slipper for babies and toddlers! On the last page of the pattern, you can see step-by-step pictures.      <\/p>\n<p>Note that the age-specific sizes are only guidelines. If the child has small or large feet, you should choose the size based on the stated sole length. The slippers should fit well on the child&#8217;s foot, but it&#8217;s important that they&#8217;re not too small as this can hinder the development of the child&#8217;s foot (especially for the smallest ones!).
