TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale apply to all sales of goods from the Annige.no online store to consumers.

The customer’s order confirmation/order, together with these terms, constitutes the complete contractual basis for the purchase.

You must be 18 years old to shop, but you can ask an adult to make the purchase for you if you are younger.

Annige.no only delivers to addresses in mainland Norway.

Consumer purchases are regulated by, among others, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the E-commerce Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Credit Purchase Act, the Marketing Act, and the Personal Data Act.

ORDERING

Your order is binding once it has been registered. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. You will receive an order confirmation by email after the purchase is completed.

SHOPPING IN OUR ONLINE STORE

We aim to provide the most accurate information about our products possible. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information provided in our online store. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or part of it, if the product is out of stock. You will have the option to accept a new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or to cancel the order.

PRICES

All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.

The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before payment and will include all expenses associated with the purchase, such as postage, shipping, packaging, etc.

Offers and campaigns that are not time-limited are valid while supplies last.

PAYMENT

The purchase amount can be settled, at your discretion, through the payment methods available in our online store at any given time. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations.

DELIVERY

Annige.no only delivers to addresses in mainland Norway.

Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

In cases of different batch numbers, inventory errors, etc., delays may occur that will affect delivery time. In such instances, you will be informed via the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

We ship items with Bring, and you will receive a notification when the package has arrived at the pickup point.

PERSONAL DATA

When you shop with us, we store, among other things, your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for us to deliver the goods to you and to contact you regarding matters related to your order. We are also required to store this information in connection with accounting, tax handling, and any warranty/return processing.

Annige.no does not sell personal data to third parties, nor do we exchange or share information with third parties.

COOKIES

Cookies are used to register and complete an order in our online store. You can browse the online store without cookies, but you cannot make a purchase.

FORCE MAJEURE

If delivery is prevented or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we have the right to cancel the order. Force Majeure applies, for example, in cases of legislative changes, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or other circumstances beyond the parties’ control, such as war, rebellion, fire, explosion, or intervention by public authorities. Should this occur, you, as the customer, will be contacted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for your purchases at Annige.no.

During this period, you have the right of withdrawal, which means you can return the goods you have received, with no other obligations on your part than the transport costs.

Contact us if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The goods must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging, along with a completed withdrawal form, within 14 days after notification of exercising the right of withdrawal has been given. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the postal service and any tracking number.

We will refund the amount you paid for the goods within 14 days after we have received the returned items. If you chose invoice as your payment method, we will deduct the returned items from your invoice. If you chose card payment as your payment method, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

COMPLAINTS

We guarantee that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us and describe the defect in detail. You have a 2-year right to complain for all products. The right to complain applies in Norway.

Contact us if you need to exercise your right to complain.

We will cover the return shipping costs for any return due to a complaint and refund any payment for the item within 14 days after an agreement on the complaint has been made and the item has been received.

DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee.
